IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Jim provides Building Official and Plan Reviewer, Code Enforcement and Zoning Administration services for multiple municipalities with populations ranging from 40,000 to 1,200. He also directs permits and inspections for all construction codes, property maintenance codes and business licenses. Additionally, Jim conducts building inspections with an emphasis on customer service and responds to ordinance complaints and issued citations for building code and other violations.

Jim holds a Business degree from Oakland Community College.
