Kathleen M. Jackson

Kathleen Jackson, will bring her experience from the successful development of the Commerce Town Center.  Working as the DDA Director and Planning Director on one of the largest public/private developments in the State of Michigan, Kathleen will provide insight to balancing ambitious development objectives with real-world market realities.

Kathleen has worked as a professional planner for over twenty years, leading projects including large scale mixed use developments, economic development incentive packages, MDOT road projects, and non-motorized trailway development.

Kathleen holds an Urban Planning degree from Michigan State University, and also holds a real estate license.
